The Sprint Audit provides a helicopter-level assessment of your personal digital ecosystem, including how information is captured, stored, retrieved, and used across your tools and devices.

In 30 minutes, the audit identifies:

- Structural fragmentation across files, notes, tasks, and tools

- System misalignment that creates cognitive load or inefficiency

- Behavioural patterns influencing how your knowledge systems perform

- Your highest-value leverage point - where a change would deliver the greatest impact

You leave with clear diagnostic insight, not a list of hacks.

To be explicit, the Sprint Audit does not include:

- IT troubleshooting or technical support

- File clean-ups, folder restructuring, or migrations

- Productivity coaching or task-management optimisation

- Calendar setup or time-blocking instruction

- Tool tutorials (Notion, Evernote, Outlook, etc.)

- “Organise it for me” services

The Sprint Audit is diagnostic only. Implementation happens later, if appropriate.

The Sprint Audit is suitable for:

It is not designed for technophobic users, beginners, or those seeking basic digital help.

The Sprint Audit follows a disciplined, three-phase structure:

1. Helicopter View:
   A high-level scan of your entire digital ecosystem to establish context and baseline maturity.

2. Diagnostic Scan:
   Targeted questioning based on your intake data to surface fragmentation, friction, and leverage points.

3. Insight Synthesis:
   Post-session analysis to identify your primary insight and 1-2 priority recommendations.
   The session is time-bound and tightly facilitated to maintain focus and depth.

After the session, you receive:

• A Sprint Audit Diagnostic Summary (post-session)

• Clear articulation of your primary system insight

• 1-2 high-value recommended next steps

• Optional pathways for deeper work, if appropriate.

This summary is prepared after the session to ensure clarity and precision.

The Sprint Audit is available by suitability only. Before booking, you will be asked to complete a short intake questionnaire. This ensures the session is appropriate for your context and avoids scope mismatch. Only clients who meet the baseline requirements will be invited to proceed.

Relationship to the 12-Week Program

For some clients, the Sprint Audit functions as a stand-alone diagnostic. For others, it acts as a gateway assessment into a deeper 12-week engagement focused on designing and implementing a coherent personal knowledge system. There is no obligation to proceed further.
