Sprint
Audit
-
The Sprint Audit provides a high level assessment of how your personal digital ecosystem actually functions in practice.
It examines how information is captured, stored, retrieved, and used across your notes, files, tasks, tools, and devices. In 30 minutes, the audit identifies:
Structural fragmentation across files, notes, tasks, and tools
System misalignment that creates unnecessary cognitive load or inefficiency.
Behavioural patterns that influence how your digital systems perform day to day.
The highest value leverage point, where a targeted change would deliver the greatest impact.
You leave with clear diagnostic insight, not a list of hacks.
-
To be explicit, the Sprint Audit does not include:
IT troubleshooting or technical support.
File clean ups, folder restructuring, or migrations.
Productivity coaching or task management optimisation.
Calendar setup or time blocking instruction.
Tool tutorials, including Notion, Evernote, Outlook, or similar platforms.
“Organise it for me” services.
The Sprint Audit is diagnostic only. Implementation, if appropriate, is addressed separately.
-
The Sprint Audit is suitable for professionals who:
Rely on digital systems to think, decide, and deliver work.
Manage large or complex collections of digital information.
Use multiple tools and platforms and want greater system coherence.
Want clarity before committing to deeper design or implementation work.
This includes knowledge workers, consultants, executives, academics, and other professionals operating in digitally intensive environments.
-
The Sprint Audit follows a disciplined, three phase structure.
1. Context Scan
A high level review of your digital ecosystem to establish context and baseline maturity.
2. Diagnostic Scan
Targeted questioning informed by your intake to surface fragmentation, friction, and leverage points.
3. Insight Synthesis
Focused analysis to identify the primary insight and one or two priority recommendations.
The session is time bound and tightly facilitated to maintain focus and depth.
-
After the session, you receive:
A concise Sprint Audit diagnostic summary, prepared post session.
Clear articulation of the primary insight affecting your digital system.
One or two high value recommended next steps, prioritised by impact.
Optional pathways for deeper work, where appropriate.
The summary is prepared after the session to ensure clarity, precision, and considered judgement.
-
The Sprint Audit is offered on a suitability basis.
Before booking, you will be asked to complete a short intake questionnaire. This ensures the session is appropriate for your context and avoids scope mismatch.
Only clients who meet the baseline requirements are invited to proceed.

Sprint Audit
Identify what is quietly undermining your digital work
A short, focused session designed to surface friction, fragmentation, and hidden drag across your digital knowledge system.
The Sprint Audit is a 30-minute diagnostic session that examines how your digital notes, files, tools, and workflows actually function together in practice.
It is not coaching, not training, and not IT support. It is a professional diagnostic conducted through the lens of information management, personal knowledge architecture, and system design.
The Sprint Audit is intended for professionals who already operate in complex digital environments and want clarity, precision, and direction, rather than generic advice or productivity shortcuts.
If the Sprint Audit aligns with your needs, the next step is to complete a short suitability questionnaire.
